Gaylord Golf Club offers a Junior Golf Clinic open to golfers 6-15 years of age with Steve Joslin. These one hour clinics are a drop-in, group lesson format and open to the public. All levels of golfers welcome! Cost is $20 per session. Lessons are on Mondays from 6:00pm-7:00pm on the following dates:
June 8 – Set-up, Stance, Grip & Swing
June 15 – Irons & Driver
June 22 – Short Game
June 29 – Bunkers & Putting
July 13 – Set-up, Stance, Grip & Swing
July 20 – Irons & Driver
July 27 – Short Game
August 3 – Bunkers & Putting
Junior golfers (ages 7-17) have an excellent opportunity to learn the game of golf through the Gaylord Area Junior Golf Association (GAJUGA). The program includes golf clinics with instruction provided by the First Tee of Northern Michigan, golf events, and family fun nights. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Registration is on April 30, 2026 at Michaywe Pines Pro Shop from 5:00pm – 5:30pm. Cost is $75 per person.
Gaylord Golf Club is proud to be a “Youth on Course” Facility promoting golf for Juniors ages 6 to 18.
Golf is limited to Monday through Thursday after 12:00pm and tee times are required. Cost is $3 for 9 holes and $5 for 18 holes walking; cart fees additional.
